Jared Gregory serves as our Pastor of Coaching and Development at Epic Church, where he invests deeply in both our staff and volunteer leaders—helping them grow in faith, leadership capacity, and discernment. Jared has a heart for raising up leaders from within and loves walking alongside people as they discover who they are in Christ and how God has uniquely wired them to serve.

 Jared and his wife Leah have a rich history with Epic, and they’ve consistently followed the leading of the Holy Spirit wherever He’s invited them next. From planting and handing off a church in Elkhart, to ministering at Adult & Teen Challenge with men coming out of addiction, Jared has always been drawn to spaces where transformation is needed most.

In recent years, Jared and Leah have established  The Defining Place, a deliverance and healing ministry which has helped countless individuals experience freedom, breakthrough, and deeper intimacy with Jesus. Jared carries a strong conviction that freedom isn’t just for a few—it’s part of the discipleship journey of every believer.

Jared is passionate about seeing followers of Jesus healthy, whole, and equipped. Whether he’s developing staff, mentoring volunteer leaders, or ministering through The Defining Place, his heart is the same: to see people encounter thelove of God and walk confidently inwho He has created them to be.
