Seth Birky serves as the Director of Administration & Facilities at Epic Church. In this role, Seth oversees financial systems, team leaders, calendar coordination, and the care of the church’s buildings & grounds—ensuring that every moving part works together smoothly so ministry can thrive. With a passion for leadership and operational excellence, Seth helps create the structure and support that allows the vision of Epic to flourish.

Before stepping into this role, Seth & his wife Melanie spent many years as entrepreneurs, building and leading martial arts schools that served more than 1,000 students. A World Champion in Taekwondo and a seasoned marathoner, Seth brings discipline, focus, and perseverance to everything he does. His heart for development—both personal and organizational—shapes his leadership style and commitment to excellence.

Seth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is both a Ramsey Financial Coach and a Chartered Financial Consultant. In addition to his work at Epic, he consults with businesses, helping leaders strengthen strategy, systems, and financial health.

At home, Seth and Melanie are raising their three children, whom they adopted from South Korea. As a family, they value faith, growth, adventure, and learning. Seth and Melanie homeschool their children and enjoy traveling the world together. Seth’s current personal goals include becoming fluent in five languages and running a sub three-hour marathon.
